By accessing or using Literra, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase access to our digital collections.
Literra is a digital book library and catalogue. We provide information about books and collections and, where applicable, provide customers with digital access to purchased collections.
Digital Collections
Collections available through Literra may contain multiple books, documents, or other digital materials. The exact contents of a collection are described on the website at the time of purchase.
Access to a purchased collection is provided for the purchaser's personal reading and educational use unless a separate permission or license states otherwise.
You may not resell, commercially redistribute, publicly upload, or otherwise distribute Literra-provided files or access links without appropriate permission.
Orders & Manual Payment
Literra currently handles purchases through WhatsApp rather than processing card or bank-card payments directly inside the website. This is an intentional early-stage approach: we do not want Literra to collect sensitive payment credentials before we have a payment provider and checkout flow in place with appropriate security controls, transaction handling, and customer-support processes.
For now, the website does not ask you to enter card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords, or other payment credentials into a Literra form. Purchase instructions and payment details are discussed directly with Literra after you choose a collection. If you voluntarily send a payment confirmation or transaction reference, it will be used only to verify that order.
Prices, collection contents, and availability may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order will be confirmed during the purchase process.
Delivery & Access
After an order has been confirmed, digital access may be delivered through a private Google Drive folder or another digital delivery method communicated by Literra.
Access links are intended for the purchaser and should not be publicly posted, shared with unrelated parties, or redistributed.
If you experience a problem accessing a collection you purchased, contact Literra so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Content & Rights
Literra makes reasonable efforts to ensure that materials made available through the platform are appropriate for the way they are being distributed.
Different books, editions, translations, covers, introductions, annotations, and supplementary materials may carry different rights. Availability of a particular digital edition does not necessarily mean that every edition or translation of the same underlying work is free of copyright restrictions.
Literra does not grant you ownership of copyright in any material merely by providing access to it.
No Guarantee of Availability
We aim to keep Literra's collections available and accessible, but individual books, editions, links, or collections may occasionally become unavailable or require replacement.
We may modify, replace, remove, or reorganize parts of the library when necessary.
Refunds & Order Issues
Because Literra provides digital products, refund requests are considered individually based on the circumstances of the order.
If you paid for a collection but did not receive the promised access, received an incorrect collection, or encounter another genuine delivery problem, contact us and provide your order details so we can investigate.
Changes to These Terms
Literra may update these Terms of Use from time to time as the service, catalogue, or purchasing process changes.
The latest version will always be made available on this page. Continued use of Literra after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
