Payment Information
Literra currently handles purchases through WhatsApp rather than processing card or bank-card payments directly inside the website. This is an intentional early-stage approach: we do not want Literra to collect sensitive payment credentials before we have a payment provider and checkout flow in place with appropriate security controls, transaction handling, and customer-support processes.
For now, the website does not ask you to enter card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords, or other payment credentials into a Literra form. Purchase instructions and payment details are discussed directly with Literra after you choose a collection. If you voluntarily send a payment confirmation or transaction reference, it will be used only to verify that order.
WhatsApp & Third-Party Services
Literra uses WhatsApp as its current customer communication and purchase channel. When you contact Literra through WhatsApp, information you send is processed through WhatsApp's services in addition to any handling by Literra.
Purchased digital collections may be delivered through Google Drive or another third-party digital storage or delivery service. Use of those services may also be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
Data Sharing
Literra does not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the service, communicate with customers, process or verify an order, or deliver purchased digital content.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
